¨WE MUST PREPARE THE SHIP¨ Captain Clown Faced Connor barked. Captain Clown Faced Connor was the Captain of the most feared Pirate ship in the whole of the pacific ocean, The Jump Scare. As for his crew, they're the scariest pirates out there. If you go onto the Jump scare the captain must decide if you are worthy of having a clown face tattooed onto your face, that way you can never leave the crew. Only the Captain wears a mask and so when he talks the mouth doesn't move.
The sails went down showing the scary Clown face. The whole ship was alight with excitement, evan the parrot was squawking about. As the ¨Jump Scare¨ left the cave of despair getting some more people for his crew was the only thing on Clown Faced Connors mind.
¨FIRE THE CANNONS, FIRST MATE FINN!¨ Clown Faced Connor yelled as they passed Basileia aroha ¨I want to get my final revenge on Queen Adrian¨ he whispered. The ship stared into Haurangi the island of insane, the first place the Captain would look for some new blood. ¨STAY WITH THE SHIP CREW! RIPPED FACE RODGER YOU’RE IN CHARGE! FIRST MATE FINN YOU’RE WITH ME! ¨ Clown Faced Connor yelled. As him and Finn walked into the Haurangi pub Finn got stuck in the doorway as his wooden leg got jammed in a loose plank.
¨M ok Capen¨ He saw unskewing his leg and pulling it out.
¨PEOPLE OF HAURANGI! I HAVE COME FOR A CREW IF YOU ARE WANTING TO BE A PART OF MY CREW COME OUT TO THE DOCK TO MEET ME!¨ Clown Faced Connor yelled over the commotion of the pub. No one dared talk but one person called out LOSER! And the Captain pulled out his gun and with one bullet he was dead.
Captain Clown Faced Connor was walking up the line of people who wanted to be pirates that morning,
¨Who is this?¨ He asked
¨This be Ian¨ First Mate Finn said
¨Thats no good, paint him a clown face and he will be called Scar Face Scott¨ The Captain said
¨Who is this?¨ The Captain asked
¨This be Dale¨ First Mate Finn said
¨No good, call him Doug face Dale¨ The Captain said.
When they got to the end of the line there was a person with a pirate hat, brown pants, white top and a black vest with brown boots. The person lifted there head and under the brim was bright blue eyes.
¨AHH!¨ The captain said jumping away from her
¨Capen?¨ Finn asked
¨Just a-a-a girl¨ The captain stuttered
¨My name is Aerwyna, I have come to explore the sea and since you and your petty crew happen to be the only ship looking for a crew on this god forsaken island I have to take my chances¨ Aerwyna said
¨Call my crew petty?¨ Connor said
¨I did!¨ She said back
¨She will be our Ship boy or our ship girl!¨ Connor said ¨Not worthy of the clown faced mark¨.
As they loaded the new crew onto the ship First Mate Finn pulled the Captain back.
¨Yer sure about havn a girl on board, its terrible bad luck¨ He said
¨Yes, but it is worse luck not to¨ Connor said laughing at his own humor that was not funny
As the ship left the dock Aerwyna was standing on the bow of the ship, she took her hat off and her half-way-down-her-back Auburn hair came tumbling out of her hat. She had a smile on her face, it was like she had fireflies inside her face and they were lighting up even her bright blue eyes were alight. She was happy to be out of Haurangi and into the great beyond, even though she was on some creepy clown ship it was better to be on the sea than wait another decade for a ship to come and take her away.
¨SHIP GIRL! CLEAN THE DECK! NOW!¨ Captain Clown Faced Connor barked at her
¨Yes Captain!¨ She said back and got to work.
